Hydraulic steering system

The steering gear pump provides pressurized oil for steering

cylinders.Through steering wheel, oil-absorbing of the steering cylinder

is controlled in order to reach wheel turning. Moreover, supplementary steering provided by accumulator is manually controlled when power source or hydraulic pipes fail to work.

Air-operated drum brake system

This air-operated drum brake system includes four brake functions like service brakes, parking brake, danger brake and so on. Especially the brake pumps with accummulation energy compound braking cylinders operate on all four wheels, and make service brakes and parking brake to one device.

When the system pressure is below  0.45   MPa,the alarm lamp will lights while the closing and locking mechnism resets. The torque retarded helps brake goes into operation when trucks falling long gradient.
